From an early age, I have always had a passion for playing sports and working out. In my spare time, when not working on my personalized fitness goals at Sculpt, I can be found playing tennis. After a 2 year nutrition and fitness "stumble," I have worked hard over the past year to lose 50lbs of the 70lbs I had gained. One of my aspirations going forward is to continue to work on better nutrition and to keep challenging my fitness level. I would love to help others accomplish their goals -whatever they may be!
