Philosophy: All things are possible with lots of hard work, and the grace of God.
Favorite Quote: "Procrastination is a way for us to be satisfied with second rate results; we can always tell ourselves we’'d have done a better job if only we’d had more time.  If you'’re good at rationalizing, you can keep yourself feeling rather satisfied this way, but it’s a cheap happy. You’re whittling your expectations of yourself down lower and lower. "–Richard O’Conner
Three things I believe in: God, Family, and working as hard as I can every single day towards every single goal.

Pilates is a true Passion for me. My area of expertise  is Core Strength/ Flexibility and  Body  Awareness. I get to see the benefits daily.

Whether its helping to improve performance through flexibility training or teaching proper body alignment to improve chronic aches and pains.

This method of conditioning is working to enhance each clients quality of life. Having a gymnastics background, pilates was a natural transition for me.

Special populations have also been an important part of my training. From teaching Prenatal classes at GMC Women's Pavilion, teaching kids classes,

helping teams with speed & agility or working with Silver Sneakers, I'm always moved by each clients success in making positive healthy changes.

PHILOSOPHY:   To inspire others to Sculpt a balance of spiritual, physical and  emotional  well being. To help mentor this lifestyle change.
