Pilates is a work-out technique that was created by Joseph Pilates in the early part of the 20th century. It was designed to focus on the core and creating a perfect balance of center and control. Searching for flexibility, core strength, balance and relaxation?? Look no further than our Mat Pilates class, each one of our classes is built around our clients. No pre-made routines, no scripts- just the expertise of our excellent training staff, who will tailor each and every workout to the fitness and experience level of the class. Class sizes are kept small to provide individual attention to each one of our clients. After the 45 minute class you will feel more relaxed, flexible and have a much better body awareness of your body, core and posture.
