First Group Fitness Class
Bootcamp is a 60 minute class of pulse raising exercises. These exercises include a variety of interval training, weight lifting, TRX straps, jumping, and cardio. Great class for building endurance, gaining strength and burning calories. Spin is a 45 minute class of continuous movement. It can be modified for no impact or low impact. Class builds endurance, tones legs and burns calories.
