90 Ways in 90 Days Fitness and Weight Loss Challenge

Checking Weight

The 90 Day Challenge is a team contest with extra challenges along the way to create new habits to move you towards your goal.  It includes a resting metabolic rate (RMR) test as well as weekly weigh ins, daily exercise challenges and team mates to support you along the way.

 

  • You will be assigned to a team with a team captain.

  • Weekly weigh ins; all participants must weigh in each week.

  • Every 30 days there is a new challenge and a chance for your team to win a prize based on points.

  • Must have a Sculpt heartrate monitor to participate.  $35 for a chest strap, $50 for an armband 

  • Overall winners:  the team that loses the largest % body fat collectively after 90 days.

FIRST 30 DAYS

  • Each team member can earn 1 point a day for "checking in.”  A check in is either swiping your scan card and posting on Facebook/Instagram when you enter Sculpt OR checking into facebook/Instagram by posting the daily challenge and tagging Sculpt.  (one point per person per day)

  • The team with the most points after 30 days wins the challenge.

SECOND 30 DAYS

  • Check In points

  • One recipe has to be made and posted on FB (no copying and pasting from other websites) with your teams hashtag along with the screenshot of the Custom Food entry in the Metabolic Plan App to earn 1 point per day.  

    • To make a custom food entry in the Metabolic Plan App click on settings, add Custom Food, give your entry a name, include calories, total fat, carbohydrates & protein. Take a screenshot to post. 

    • Recipes should have 20g or more of protein, less than 15g carbs and less than 15g fat.  The same recipe cannot be posted more than once.

  • Each team member can earn 1 point for their team by completing the Polar Bear/Penguin Challenge in March.

  • The team with the most points after 30 days wins the challenge.

LAST 30 DAYS

  • All running/walking have to be done outside and tracked using the CardioCoach App.           

  • Each team can earn 1 point for completing 10 miles per day between at least 3 team members.

  • Screenshots of the workout summary page in CardioCoach have to be posted to the team hashtag. 

  • The team that posts the most mileage after 30 days wins the challenge.

  • Each team member can earn 1 point for their team by signing up for the Hangry Run before the April 16th.

COST

  • $35 includes cost of the contest, before & after InBody scale weigh ins and RMR if you have your own hose.

  • $55 includes cost of the contest, before & after InBody scale weigh ins and RMR and hose.

Best Value

  • $75 includes cost of the contest, RMR and 13 weekly weigh ins on the InBody scale.

  • $90 includes cost of the contest, RMR with hose and 13 weekly weigh ins on the InBody scale.
