Personal Training is a workout focused on a client's goals and abilities to reach those goals with a trainer planning cardio, resistance training and agility exercises that burn calories and build endurance. Small Group instruction is for those who are familiar with resistance training using both free weights and machine weights. It is a 60 minute class with an emphasis on different muscle groups each session.
